I started at Medi in August of 2019. They were so very supportive during the weightloss phase, and still are now after I have reached my goal. I could never have done it without their support! Wonderful place, wonderful people that I am very thankful for coming into my life just when I needed them. I cannot say enough how supportive and encouraging they all are...not just to me, I hear how they treat other patients as well. Great place!

Terrible place! I called to get clarification on the program and attempted to set up a consultation. However the receptionist “Jennifer” had an extremely rude tone and was rushing me off the phone because I had a question or two? At first, I was trying to get a B12 shot, and just like that, I was willingly to pay whatever to be apart of the program but her tone definitely changed my mind.Not to sound rude, but I know a clinic like this, in STATESBORO, isn’t getting that much business so it was no need to rush me off the phone. And it will continue to not receive a stream of traffic with piss poor service like this. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.Oh and P.S. - A receptionist’s job is to inform and/or draw customers into the business, not steer them away Jennifer.

I'm loving this program! The staff are amazing and supportive and the program is easy to follow. Week 1 was hard but I've been consistently losing every week so it's worth it!
