Called to fix a mistake they made with meds they refused to fix it and were very rude one star

I’ve been having seizures since I was 16 years old... Don’t know why almost everyone on my dad side does so I guess I inherited it. I’ve been dealing with this 14 years . I take my time fill out the paper work letting them know what’s wrong . Wait time not so bad. But I pay 200$ just to get in the room to follow his finger n my issues with medicine or anything NEVER be talked about. One day he asked me what’s wrong with me I said it doesn’t matter anyway. I’m not really suppose to drive so I just stick with him n continue to go ONLY TO GET MY MEDICINE. He tells me I’m not disabled n I have lost 3 jobs due to seizures and had so many on the job and a few while driving at this point just give me my PRESCRIPTION!

Very Cold and uncaring doctor.... told me I possibly had Multiple Sclerosis as he was walking out the door UNPROFESSIONAL and very callous.... something I will never forget.

LOVE the office staff and nurses. They are so kind and caring. They made me feel welcomed and cared about from the moment I first walked in. The wait was never very long for any of my appointments. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable. He seemed to truly care about my wellbeing. I would highly recommend this practice. I really appreciate that they call you the day before an appointment to remind you. I LOVE that you talk to an actual person when you call as well.

He took my 25 bucks. I'm going to Dr. Patel from now on.

NEGATIVE STARS - Worst physician in 55 years. Bedside manner is better suited for a coroner. Didn't know or care about my decades-old medical HISTORY. Won't listen and doesn't seem to care to hear anything you say. He spent 10 minutes evaluation a 34-year old military injury and had the audacity to tell me what I could do, in his opinion. If consult is for SSID, have SSID reschedule with a better doctor. He is indignant and rude with SSID patients.

I have had nothing but the best care here. After several visits to different Doctors he got right to the problem. Dr. T has great bed side manner he listens to what you actually are saying. His staff is wonderful and they are so nice. Thanks for helping me and working aroung my hectic schedule. you guys rock. Dr. T is highly reccomended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Taormina is Great!! His Nurse is Wonderful as well.. the office staff needs to be retrained on customer service! I won’t go into detail. If we didn’t like this neurologist so Much I would be making the 3 plus hour drive to Augusta.

The entire staff is very friendly and very helpful. There has never been a time that didn’t receive prompt answers to any concerns I have had!

Very disappointed. I was treated with Botox for migraines. It has been 13 days since injections. I started having major pain in my neck, then low grade fever, sinus drainage, and tremendous headache. The next day, lumps on my head, very painful. Day 3, today, pain in neck and shoulders, some shortness of breath, HUGE knot on my left eyebrow and on my scalp on the right side. My whole head is in pain. My entire family could instantly see the knot on my brow but not the doctor. Dr. Taormina felt my eyebrow and said all he sees and feels is bone! He told me that none of the symptoms I have are related to Botox! He even told me that I should get tested for COVID. He even suggested I may have an upper respiratory infection. I'm not ignorant or misinformed. This man lied straight to my face and did not want to address my symptoms as being from the Botox. All of this just "happens" to be a coincidence.
