This office is a joke. Dr O has been fantastic but his office staff are worthless. They simply need to do their jobs. They clearly do not care about patients, they are rude and through countless attempts of getting my medications refilled (not my first rodeo with this) they continue to not be filled after 3 weeks. My insurance and pharmacy need them to do their jobs yet they don’t care. I don’t want to lose Dr O but his staff is about to drive me and my husband away.

Dr Okungbowa is the best! He is very, very knowledgeable and accurate with health conditions & diagnosis. He’s from another cultural background & some may think he’s rude but if you’re familiar with cultural diversity/awareness then you’ll understand he’s an excellent doctor! He’s very thorough with assessments! My dad & my family have been clients at Victoria Family Practice for over the past 10 years. He’s a great doctor who cares!

My wife had a stoke he was the doctor. I have never met doctor as uncaring as this guy. H was more concern with me than my wife. The biggest JERK i have ever met! I hope.you listen. I don't know if I was hit on not.

Please ask if he is the same Dr. O THAT also work for Statesboro Eagle nursing home. If so he is the worse Dr. And person I ever met on my 61 years. My wife had a stoke the first time we met he was more interested in my appearances than her condition. Also ask if he went to school in Texas. If so this is he. Please spare yourself the pain he is a non caring Jerk.

MY VISIT TO SEE HIM WAS AWESOME ..THE OFFICE STAFF WERE TERRIBLE,MEAN AND UNINFORMED , BEING SELF PAY AND ASKING THE FOR ANY HIDEN COST I PAID MY 110. AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE DR. BUT TO COME BACK AND HAVE 115. MORE FROM MY LAST VISIT AND CAN NOT BE SEEN AT ALL. I WAS SO MAD.THE STAFF AT FROMT DESK NEED CLASSES FOR SURE.

Dr. Okungbowa totally unprofessional. His staff at front desk are very friendly and efficient. The other staff make a variety of mistakes when noting and putting inaccurate things in your chart.

I would totally recommend Dr. Okungbowa and his Doctoral staff to others. They are very well educated professionals and they treat you with the utmost respect as their patient. They make sure they take care of your medical needs and concerns and follow up to make sure you stay at your best while under their care. I appreciate them as doctors and I look forward to a long lasting relationship with him and his staff!
