Avoid this place at all costs. I brought someone here who needed urgent care a couple months ago, and they couldn’t determine what was causing his issues. They recommended multiple lab tests and said we would have results within 2-3 days, and ensured that even if insurance didn’t cover the tests that it would only be a couple hundred at most. We called every other day for 2 and a half weeks and would always get the machine prompting us to leave a voicemail because staff was unavailable. Finally, we got a nurse on the phone who apologized for the wait (he said they couldn’t keep a receptionist — that’s why nobody would ever answer the phone) and he also said the lab they use has a history of taking longer than expected, but they finally had the results and everything was fine. Then, we get a bill from them for almost $300, and another from the insurance company for almost $800 because this place is out-of-network (which nobody EVER told us!) I paid the copay and signed the other financial-related piece of paper, and today I went in and asked for a copy of the paperwork I signed; the receptionist tells me she can’t give me that without the patient’s permission. I reiterated that I only wanted copies of the paperwork that ONLY I signed, and she again stated she wasn’t allowed to give me that. I will never come back to this facility.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring! Best urgent care experience possible! I'm from out of state and needed urgent care. My appointment time was met with a smiling face at reception and they worked hard to care for me quickly and efficiently so I could get feeling well enough to get back home to NC! Highly recommend this group if your in need of care!
