Our family truly appreciates the sincere approach to healthcare and one-on-one attention provided by Dr. Reddy and her staff! Dr. Reddy listens to her patients; her front desk personnel do everything they can to make things run smooth, and the wait time for service is the most minimal of any other primary healthcare provider we have seen. Thank you Candler Internal Medicine - your business model is the perfect example for other service providers to emulate.

Dr. Teresa Buckles is the most unprofessional, rude condescending doctor I've ever encountered in my entire life. She refuses to do her job, will start a shouting match with you, then have you removed from the office via physical intimidation. Dr. Reddy doesn't care about this at all. Discrimination against disabled people is allowed here, as is violence towards patients by the staff. In fact, service in general has become abysmal here since the office in Metter combined with the one in Statesboro. Your time will be wasted here.

I have had no problems with the staff or my Dr.T Buckles everyone there has been hands on staff is nice and Dr. Buckles is very thorough and caring of every problem that has ever come up! Great Drs office

I Have been a patient Dr.T Buckels for almost a year now. I Have never been so pleased to have her as my Dr.intell my whole family and they seen where I was to where I’m at today they are pleased! yes she does take her time for quality reason only to find out the best ways to treat you. I have had a few issues,she broke down ever issues explaining what will be best for me I am so pleased to truely have Dr.T.Buckles I am back on track she is very understanding and Thorough she has never ever raise her voice when I come in upset not about the treatment but my own issues. so professional I would NEVER go see another Doctor! even the staff is so understanding and professional and wants to help in every way possible if you want a very quality understanding dr Then take my word she is the BEST!

You have to wait for one hour, you won't see the doctor just a senior nurse. Don't see a clinic like environment, doesn't feel like you are in a health-clinic. I can google myself and tell what to do.

I can not express my gratitude for this company enough.They are amazing!!! Still have a ole school feel..take their time with you and explain in detail what's going on. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I would never go anywhere else.
