I have gone to Dr. Thad Riley since my daughter was 2 years old. (She's now 31) I'd heard of him from a friend, after less than stellar services from a local pediatrician. I had been seeing him for months after moving from hey Augusta dr. Agnes he just kept telling me she'd need tubes, referring us to the local ent specialist. He immediately wanted to place tubes in get ears so quickly it concerned me. I decided to get a second opinion and it was the best decision ever. Dr. Riley tested her hearing, then placed her on meds for an extended period and thank the Lord she never got another ear infection, nor did she need tubes. Ive gotten second opinions once after his diagnosis from specialists, but they only confirmed what he said. We love him and everyone at his practice, so much so, now my grand children see him and love him as well. Best family practice ever!!!

They do NOT have time to follow up to ensure they have scheduled you or obtained the proper documents for your visit and that it is the PATIENT'S responsibility to ensure the appointment has all of the necessary information for your vist...they have too many patients to follow through to ensure the Doctor is properly prepared for your appointment.

Dr. Riley was more interested in playing with his new laptop than examining me. He asked me ridiculous questions and responded to my answers as if he hadn't heard me. He didn't stop a procedure even when I repeatedly told him he was causing me intense pain. I will NEVER return. His bedside manner is non-existent.
