They cant function correctly making appointments for patients that dont exist 2 times this happen to me in same week they make you an appointment when you get there your not on file and they never heard of you absolutely. Insane like the staff needs to get it together and stop making fake appointments for patients..will not be comming back period ever so done with this place...

I had an appointment for a mammogram. Everyone was so professional and efficient 30 minutes after my appointment time I was DONE and back in my car. I had 3 medical appointments that day and it was BY FAR the appointment that was most respectful of my time. The tech was super nice very friendly and professional. Medical offices are known for long waits but this was an AWESOME experience

I was very pleased by the friendliness of the nurses who did my mammogram and ultrasound especially during the stress of pandemic response. My experience with the doctor was wanting. Given my exposure it would have been comforting for him to have introduced himself more and engaged before diving in. He did make some effort to explain what he saw but as I am young and this is my first mammogram I was nervous and didnt process it enough to ask questions at the moment. My main issue is that the office didnt refer my imaging reports to the specialist I visited 6 days later so her feedback was limited. Her office and I have separately tried contacting them 3 times to no avail and it looks like Ill have to do imaging at Memorial so this was a wasted expense and time. I mean no ill will towards the staff at the center I know everyone is under much strain right now. But I sincerely hope they can improve their response time so that those worried about their health can have quicker responses.

I had to take my daughter in for an xray. Everyone was friendly and courteous and made her feel right at ease. Very caring and considerate staff.

They scheduled for the wrong procedure and then when they rescheduled us they never called to confirm. Ive been calling every day for a week and no one answers the phone over there.

Didnt bother to contact my prior healthcare provider for previous scans but also didnt bother to tell me that fact until Id shown up for my appointment meaning it will likely be weeksmonths before I can reschedule. Making people wait many extra weeks for appointments when they are concerned about their health is completely unacceptable.
