Dr. Gale & the nurses there are the best!!! My first time seeing Dr. Gale last Thursday wasn't what I expected the outcome to be because I ended up having to get a cast put on my foot but it's only because he cares about his patients & want what's best for them. After putting the cast on Dr. Gale had the sweetest nurse I've met walk me out to my car to make sure I didn't fall. I have never been to a Dr office like this one. They are really the sweetest & care about your well-being. I would recommend Dr. Gale to anyone that has foot or ankle problems.

Rude nurse can't seem to function or make correct appointments for the people doctor how ever is great but sadly offer no help to patients sadly left out to dry with an object stuck in foot with no help or support from staff will not be comming back ..

I am totally stunned. I left knowing anymore than what I already knew. Dr. Becker advised me to consult with my other drs concerning my foot problems. The nurse wrapped my feet in a bandage that was holding a pad underneath. I asked for xtra explaining that this would get soiled and she just said oh it will be ok. I left with more questions going out than coming in. I was prescribed prednisone that I had already told him I was taking. He gave me a higher dosage. I drove back home and 2 hours later no medicine had been called in. I feel like I wasted my time and I guess he felt I was a waste of his time. I am still in severe pain with no where or no one to turn to. I thought seeing a specialist would help. Hope others have better luck. Oh on a scale of 1 to 5 , a 1.

In my opinion, My experience with him was BAD. His office is stupid as well. He lacks experience in complex situations. His office was incredibly inept. My insurance company is investigating him. My CARDIOLOGIST said he will find me a new foot and ankle surgeon! Again, i had a very bad experience with him and his office. I PICKED POORLY!

For me, he was terrible. I think he lacks experience for more complex situations. He made poor decisions regarding me. His office staff is ignorant as well. They do not stay on top of things. I reported him to my insurance company.

Just the next patient.. I opted to see Dr. Becker due to my original Dr. being unavailable. After waiting almost an hour for my visit, I hear just before the knock came “FINALLY, last one”.. jokingly I retorted “BEST ONE!”, but would he have known how perturb I already was after waiting to see him, I’m sure (or hope so) his entry would have been more welcoming. My chart was not read thoroughly previously because the remedy offered was a prescription I previously disclosed that I could not take (lamisil). All others remedies I was told would have to be over the counter as there was nothing prescribed he could provide (I’ve had creams as well as applicants prescribed in the past so this felt dishonest and more or less a brush off). Nothing for my dry cracked feet either.. Dr. Gale asked that I bring in a pair of shoes that I wear often because he diagnosed me with a condition that caused numbness in the ball of my feet that we wanted to try a wedge on, when disclosing this to Dr. Becker
