I had my first appointment with Dr. Gilchrist. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She really listened to me and my concerns and had a plan for everything. She explained everything in detail and then continued to ask me multiple times if I had any questions about anything she was saying or doing. I didn't like Dr. Gilchrist tone. I had several questions about results of test that I didn't understand. I felt she didn't want to answer my questions. She needs a better bedside manner.

Dr. Gilchrist took time out of her already busy day to squeeze me in as 1. A new patient and 2. Being in pain and having difficulty using the bathroom. She was friendly even though she was busy and still asked me the important questions without making me feel like I was a bother or a nuisance.
