List of Childrens Healthcare Of Atlanta Urgent Care Center- Hudson Bridge's Reviews
No complaints. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We were in and out in a timely manner.
Was charged over $1200 to diagnose flu and strep and was there from 11 am to 3 pm they did prescribe antibiotics, which helped I just think the charges are ridiculous.
They had nasty attitudes , they was rushing me to see what I was trying to do , the lady tried to snatched the paper out my hand before I could finish, I asked could me and my 3 year old daughter could wait till my ride got there and they told us no and told us to leave horrible service
My daughter was being seen for two issues, she had a bad fall and she’s been congested for about a week. She was definitely sick the week prior and the only symptom left is really bad congestion which affects her sleep. We saw Dr. Woods-bishop. She came in like she was rushing and was done looking at my daughter in less than five mins.I do not think she thoroughly looked at my concerns. She said her head was fine and that she didn’t sound congested. I’m taking my daughter to her normal pediatrician which was the plan before she had her fall for a checkup and for some direction about her mucus and congestion since I did not get any during her urgent care visit. We have been up for about a week because she cant breathe or cough up mucus because she’s a little over a year and a half. I tried asking more questions but they were pretty much answered quickly or brushed off. I understand there were a lot of people to be seen but every child should be cared for APPROPRIATELY. Now I’m having to go back to the dr when the issue could have been properly addressed at the urgent care. I do not recommend her and will not be back to this location.
This the slowest facility ever!!!! Not just that ppl that came in after us they let them skipped us. Smh. Every time it’s a problem coming to this place. Sometimes I will drive 2 hours just to take my kids to their doctor.
This urgent care treated my son quickly and competently. Every space was clean and well-stocked. The people working here are professional, courteous and kind. Highly recommend this urgent care.
We visited this urgent care from out of town for my 17 month old daughter. My daughter was having fever, sinus congestion, and cough. The female doctor would only run a influenza panel on her. I advocated for my daughter and asked if a Covid, RSV, or a full respiratory panel could be done. The doctor didn't think so. She encouraged fluids and Tylenol/Motrin. My baby wasn't eating or drinking. My daughter's condition worsened, and we took her to a local ED. They did a full respiratory panel and she was positive for RSV and a strain of a coronavirus!! They did a chest xray, and it showed congestion in her lungs! My daughter received an updraft and a prescription for an antibiotic for an ear infection. PLEASE ADVOCATE FOR YOUR CHILD! I felt brushed off by the doctor who saw us, and we were from out of state!! If your sick child has a scrape or bruise, come here. If they are really ill, go to an emergency room near you! The front desk staff were great, respectful, pleasant, and professional. Please pay attention to your children and their symptoms, and seek a higher level of care if they need it or if you feel something is off or isn't right with you child. My daughter ended up needing supplemental oxygen and was admitted to the hospital. Be your own advocate!
Obviously everyone in this facility had an attitude today when my daughter took her sister to be seen for her asthma. The lady that did my child’s registration removed me from her chart and profile all together and was asking my daughter questions she didn’t even know what they meant or how to answer and told her sister she couldn’t tell her how to answer them. I ended up talking to the doctor who saw my daughter via FaceTime. I asked her kindly if she could put some notes in my daughters chart for her pulmonologist her response was it’s not going to make a difference it I’ll do it anyway. I’ve never experienced this level of rudeness and disrespect in all the years that I have been dealing with this location. But then there are times when people take advantage when the parent is not there. I’m also filing a complaint with the board as well.
I'm giving this place two stars because outside of enforcing outrageous policies the staff was nice. This place is called Children's Healthcare of Atlanta but in the name of COVID-19, they refuse to let children that are not sick sit in the lobby and has been this way since COVID started. The CDC's admission level in Henry County is Low, meaning masks aren't even mandated. Somehow Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is enforcing mask mandates and not letting children wait in the lobby with their family. I don't know who is making these policies but I need answers to why you all are enforcing the stupid policies like they know more than the CDC does. I would not recommend this place to anyone that does not want to know how it feels to not live in America and have the right to liberty.
If I could leave no stars I would! They were closed at 7pm on a Thursday night for no reason. Call the 404 chos number and they were no help. Major inconvenience. Then the other local urgent care in the area were BOOKED! Which forced me to drive to the ER... long azz night. Thanks choa

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
