I started going to Southern Gastro in September for abdominal discomfort. I was referred to Aylo health for an ultrasound (aylo is in the same building as Southern Gastro). I have the fax sheet that shows the ultrasound results were faxed to Dr. Lowe on September 13. I was not informed that I needed my gallbladder removed until December 22 and Dr. Lowe then blamed me for not getting the results sooner. I was told it was my responsibility to call for ultrasound updates. Dr. Lowe also lied on my chart (which I had to pay $30 to get a copy of) saying that he explained the risks of taking a PPI for an extended period of time. Find better care elsewhere.
