Horrible place. Referred due to Piedmont being booked and needed immediate services. Worst decision ever. You wait forever just to spend 5 minutes with whoever is available. Also do not inform you that your insurance pays for office visit but labs are sent to their hospital Northside which isn’t covered by your insurance so labs costs hundreds of dollars before you get a notice to pay. This place is a joke and I feel bad for anyone who considers to stay here. Staff is uncaring!!

I cannot say enough about the outstanding care I have received from Dr. Hopkins and her incredible team. From my very first visit, they showed not only medical expertise but also genuine compassion, patience, and dedication. Dr. Hopkins takes the time to explain every detail clearly, answers all of my questions without rushing, and makes me feel fully involved in every decision about my treatment. Her team goes above and beyond—whether it’s scheduling, follow-ups, or simply offering a kind word on a tough day. They treat me like family, and that level of support has made a world of difference during this new difficult journey. It is rare to find a medical team that combines such professionalism with such humanity. I am truly grateful for Dr. Hopkins and every member of her staff. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of compassionate and expert oncology care.

Friendly, careing staff

Have a 9am appointment. It’s 10:30 am and the Dr still hasn’t seen us nor ordered blood work. Ridiculous that Doctors can’t respect your time like they expect you to respect theirs! Didn’t anyone ever teach you respect is a two way street! Employees are extremely nice. 2 Hours and we are still not done, 30 minutes waiting on blood to be taken. 😵‍💫

8/10/2023, 8:50am was my scheduled appointment that had been scheduled since June. At my last visit. 8/2/2023 I had bloodwork done and was told to come in @ 8:30. I checked in @ 8:30. At 8:55 am I asked if Dr. Menchion was in the office and was told “NO, You will see the nurse practitioner”. At 9:05 I was told the NP was running late and ANOTHER NP would come and speak with me shortly. Bridgette, Dr. Menchion’s nurse ,then came out @ 9:10 and advised the original NP was at a DENTIST appointment and the available NP would be speaking with me shorty. I let her know I had to go to work. She said would you like to reschedule, I replied “NO! I’m good”, and proceeded to leave. While leaving, BRIGETTE ordered the receptionist to “TAKE HER OFF!”, as if it was my fault they are UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL & INCONSIDERATE of other peoples time. If Dr. Menchion was NOT going to be available, that should have been communicated to me AT LEAST 24 hours Prior to my scheduled appointment. If the replacement NP was running late or not available that should have been communicated at 8:30. The DISRESPECT & DISREGARD for my time is enough for me to take my medical business ELSEWHERE. “Huge INCONVENIENCE”!!

I most definitely will recommend this location to anyone. I've been coming here for two years and when I tell you the staff is great, friendly and professional. Thank you Mrs. Tina and staff.

Excellent oncologist with a wonderful support team. Dr. Suleiman and RN, Eric Glaser was extremely compassionate and very attentive to our family. The entire staff is amazing.

This place has no compassion! If you expect for this place to care about your well being, forget it! This place breaks the first Hippocractic Oath, cause no harm. Shame on GA Cancer Specialist of Stockbridge 😥 This place let's nurses make doctors decisions 🙄 Dr. Menchoin and her horrible nurse are the worse! Avoid this place at all cost!

Dr. Padrica Menchion is the worst doctor in this practice. She’s incompetent and lazy. She has the worst attitude and wig. Her nurse Theresa is just as lazy. She wobbles around confused. Please avoids this location at all costs.
