Changed all my plan of care when transferred in from out of state. Discontinued all previous medication Placed on new med with bad side effects Can never reach a nurse when needed. Have yet to have one call me, a new patient with some serious questions, back. Dr Donner is very personable. You will like him. But why did he change everything when it was working fine? Why didn’t he give me a few visits to get to know me and my condition better? I didn’t get enough info on this new med. After not being able to sleep for 3 weeks because it interferes with your sleep/wake cycle i could not take it. I needed to stop it and called to ask what to do. Of course no one has called me back. I would not recommend his office for that reason. Doctors have forgotten that patient care is not 9-5. Even though I called 9-5 I still got no response. They say it takes 24 hours to respond. I have waited and waited. And if you call on a Friday you are in deep trouble, my friend.

This was my first visit to the Pain Clinic. Staff was helpful and pleasant. No real wait time in the lobby or the room before being seen by Dr. Donner. He has a great bedside manner and actively listened to my concerns. That is definitely a pleasant change! Imagine that.. a doctor that actually listens. I highly recommend.

Dr. Donner is absolutely fantastic 😍! He listened and understood my problem and came up with a plan. Although I was in a great deal of pain, he did not automatically default to a prescription for pain pills---as they would've made me feel better until time to take another one! When setting up my MRI, everything was handled by his staff and my insurance company. And there were no surprises. ❣️❣️

This is like another family for me and I am so grateful for the entire team. I am very picky but I highly recommend them and the office in Stockbridge. I'm a difficult stick when I have procedures but they are so kind. Mrs. Dee, Rebecca, Bre, Nicki, Tanya,Angela and All of my team are great! This is only a few. Going to sleep singing before the procedure really does help. Thanks. I can't thank you enough for your genuine care shown for me. It takes special people and a committed team to do what you do everyday. It speaks volumes when a patient stays for the amount of years that I have. HAPPY BLESSED HOLIDAYS
