I have to say that this was the worst experience I have ever had with any type of radiology test. I am overweight and I had told them of my weight. They said it would be ok. The two ladies that were in the room with me in the MRI room were so ugly to me because of my weight. Not only did they make me feel humiliated but when I apologized for my weight they were so mean about it and didn’t respond to me trying to make me feel ok. Instead I heard them both talking about how pathetic I was and making fun of my weight and how I could barely fit in the machine. I left there in tears and promised never to come back there. Today I went to another place on Eagles Landing where they were so awesomely friendly and sympathetic to my health problems that I have. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia along with other joint issues where I stay in chronic pain. It was a total opposite experience. I will never go back to Piedmont hospital for anything and I wish I Would have told those techs how they made me feel. They were so ugly. Never again, Piedmont.

The staff here is the best hospital or Drs office setting that I've ever seen. I moved here from Md 12 yrs ago and have never seen a staff that was more professional, friendly and on point. I hate being in the position that I'm in, however, I'm forever Blessed to be at this facility.

A very horrible hospital. They don't like to help repeat patients within the same week. They don't like their patients to their doctors. They PA only treats part of what you went in for.
