Wow! Dr. Omotayo Akinmade! & His staff is pure class in every since of the word. They meet & greet you as soon as you walk through the door. Fantastic place & people! That always makes sure that you & your needs are met every step of the way. They always follow up calls to make sure that you are on schedule!! I will/would highly recommend this place to anyone! I had an appointment set up with clinic. I received a call confirming my appointment a few hours before I was scheduled to be there. Upon arrival, I was escorted to a room and told that I would be set up shortly. However, the technician returned to tell me that she noticed in my files my insurance had not been confirmed. For that reason, my appointment had been cancelled unbeknownst to me. I was told that the office would call my insurance company get the appointment approved and reschedule for the following week. I returned the following week only to have the same thing occur. After expressing my frustrations, I called the insurance company myself. It only took a matter of 5 minutes to have them approve the appointment; something that should have been done initially. Their service was unprofessional, unreliable, and inconsistent. Needless to say, once I obtained approval I asked my insurance company and doctors to seek the use of another clinic.

Lost my sleep lab twice, saying they lost it and would have to do it a third time. My insurance is payin thousands plus my deductible for nothing!!! Never agian!
