I scheduled a new patient appointment online. Arrived to learn children cannot accompany parents. This is understandable, however the staff is rude and became irrational and rude when I wanted to discuss my records being received or not. Would not recommend this location due to staffing issues.

Unbelievable the amount of time spent waiting on results. Save your day go somewhere else. Every visit which are rare should not be 6+ hours of just sitting

My son was seen in the ER a couple weeks back for a rash. Our triage nurse, Mrs. Kimberly Brown went above and beyond our expectations. She took her time and asked all necessary questions and even helped with an issue I was having. Finally a good experience in the ER. Keep up the great work!

Most rude nurses around! Told my 79 year old mother with a cane and 02 that if she wanted water she could walk to the water fountain herself!!! No wonder their customer service scores suck! At 4 hours and 45 min. Still waiting!

Me and 10+ other patients have been in the waiting room for over 14 hours and STILL havent been brought outta the waiting room. If you have an actual emergency I'd advise going elsewhere.

This place is Absolutely Awesome!!!! They're all about your Health and Well-being. This is my first time in a Piedmont Healthcare Facility and Piedmont Henry is Great The Staff throughout the Emergency Care Process are truly Amazing and genuine.

In the past six months my Mother has frequented this hospital twice. Each time her ultimate career has come from Piedmont in North Atlanta. Although the nursing staff seemed to be for the most part cordial, that doesn't negate what I deem as the entire medical staff's woeful incompetence. They simply have no concept of time management, customer service or medical diagnostics. These folks work in what I term a depot level repair facility with all the proficiency of a Dell Indian helpdesk. If I can give anyone a bit of advice from one person's opinion, choose a different location if possible.
