I had a severe poison ivy reaction and they got me the care I needed. Friendly and kind. Easy and quick help I needed.

My son had a severe earache the evening prior to our visit. I made the first available appointment at 12:15 pm the next day. Because he was in pain and we wanted to get his prescription started as soon as possible, we arrived as soon as the “quick care” opened. There was no one waiting. However the nurse seemed annoyed that we were there ahead of our appointment. Her 9:30 am appointment did not show up and she still didn’t take us in.We waited 1.5 hours and then decided to leave and return at our scheduled time. When we left the nurse was rude and said she told us she was busy and wouldn’t be able to see us. We returned at our scheduled time and of course there was again no one waiting but we were still seen late. Meanwhile my son was in pain and we still had to wait for the prescription to be filled.The care here is not quick and worst... it’s not compassionate.
