List of Piedmont Urgent Care By Wellstreet - Stockbridge's Reviews
Awesome service, was booked for an appointment same day
This is a very terrible service individual standing in line for 3 hours all day they will not answer the phone and give you proper information The service relations is terrible. The doctor lied about what time he will open up appointments although they advertise walk-ins no appointments totally ridiculous unprofessional typical of trumpsters
Unprofessional! Time wasted. I checked in at 11:30am for a rapid Covid test. I went in twice to check on my place in line and was told it was only 20 people in front of me. At 5:18pm I received a text message saying my appointment was cancelled and I would not be seen today after waiting in the parking lot for over 5 hrs. When I went inside to speak with the receptionist about this matter, I was told that the shipment off Covid supplies did not arrive today and there was nothing else that could be done. After asking if I could resume my spot in line tomorrow morning, I was told no.
Unprofessional
The wait was three hours too long. The staff was friendly.
The staff that worked Monday night 12/27/2021, heard my needs. With everything that was going on that day, they gave me piece of mind and took care of me.
The staff was very professional and helpful. I will definitely use this location for any Urgent Care needs.
The practitioner was very nice & nurse was pleasant. The wait was extremely long and I was turned away the day before. I was forced to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes just to check in outside with a fever of 101.6 only then to have to wait in the car for 2 more hours without being seen. I wish they had some kind of screening for people with actual symptoms. I would go back there just not when there busy
I had to find a COVID testing location this weekend and the Piedmont Urgent Care by Wellstreet facility was the closest and had the most convenient hours. Due to the surge in cases and this being a holiday weekend, I had an extremely long wait. However the staff had a very good system to manage the overwhelming number of patients. I would use this facility again in the future.
Service is terrible (making this while waiting to be seen) I came in about 2:30pm and said I had a hard time breathing, heavy chest, and diarrhea and I’ve had it for the past few days. About an hr+ and they get me to go get my vitals checked n blood drawn and was then sent back to the waiting room. Idk how much time passed before I was taken to go take my x-rays and then sent back. But I haven’t seen a single doctor and when I ask about how much longer it might take the staff has no idea. I went up to the desk repeatedly to let them know my shortness of breath was getting worse and asked to see a doctor or ask if they could get me anything for it and they said they would let the nurses know and to sit back down and put my mask back on. I sit back down and it doesn’t get better so I go ask for an inhaler or something to help me breath because now I’m getting lightheaded and they say they can’t do anything because it would be giving me something that would be given to me in the back which I understand but if that’s so send me n some of the other patients to another hospital care should come first and I’m seriously worried that if I go to sleep in this chair I might not be waking up again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
