Everyone was so nice to me. My experience there was 10 out of 10 !!
Dr. Martin is the BEST! His staff in the back are nice and office manager was very sweet. Rachel in the front was very professional and she explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. I went in for all 4 wisdom teeth and was a nervous WRECK wondering how the pain would be after surgery. Before I knew it… I was waking up from surgery. ZERO pain. ZERO COMPLAINTS. 10/10 I would recommend him to ANYONE. THANKS YALL!!!
Doctor Martian and his staff were amazing at all visits I have been to with them. They are all genuinely concerned about their patients and want the best for them. Thank you all for all you do!
I sent this letter to the office. To Whom It May Concern, My daughter had an appointment with your office on 05/06/21 for a consultation regarding her wisdom teeth being extracted. I was given your name as a referral from another dentist that I go to. I shared the information with my daughter who chose to schedule with you. She arrived to the appointment and was advised she had to pay for x-rays and for the consultation. My daughter thought the visit was going to be filed with my insurance. I believe the fees were $75 and $99. She called me because she did not have the money to pay for the services. I agreed to pay the fees but I had some questions about the fees. I was under the impression that the x-rays would be covered by my insurance company because I had just had x-rays at another dental office and they were covered. My daughter advised Jenna (I think that was her name) that I had some questions. My daughter states that Jenna’s entire disposition changed. She was rude, annoyed, and flustered due to the fact that my daughter advised that I (her mother) had questions. I heard Jenna say “like I am not understanding…why does she need to talk to me….questions about what” I could not believe what I was hearing. My daughter said, my mother would like to speak to you. Jenna told my daughter to tell me to call the office. I called the office twice and it went to voicemail/automated system. My daughter said Jenna and the other staff were all sitting behind the desk talking to one another. My daughter went back to the desk to advise Jenna that I called but no one was answering the phone and this further infuriated her. I called again and someone answered the phone. I asked to speak to Jenna, the person stumbled over their words and said she is busy. I said, well she just asked me to call her so I am not understanding why she is busy. The person rudely said, what do you want to know? I asked, what kind of customer service is this….and before I could get the words out of my mouth, this person started raising her voice and talking over me. I disconnected the call. I called my daughter and advised her to leave. There can not be much disciplinary action being taken in your practice. If there were, this would have never happened. They did it because they know that nothing is going to happen. To get indignant and treat a customer like this over asking a question about x-rays….. I had to sit there for a minute. I could not believe that this happened….the blatant disrespect. Like my daughter was insignificant and I dare you ask our high class office about payment. I can only imagine what they told you in regards to this appointment slot….Oh, the patient could not pay so they left. I hope you will discuss this incident with your staff so that it does not happen to anyone else.

Called 1-2 months ago to setup an appointment had one set for last week Was told consultation was 131 since I had an x ray from my main dentist already. Got called last week that they had to reschedule my appointment because the doctor had an emergency so we rescheduled for this week today I’m self pay because i recently broke my leg and don’t have insurance and I’m having leg complications so I can’t get a job at the moment so I was depending on that 131 to be right well I walk in for my appointment and they tell me it’s $269 all of a sudden because they need an x ray well I asked what about the x ray my doctor sent now all of a sudden they needed a different x ray when I was told the pan x ray was fine in the beginning and that it would save me money having it. Bad experience for me from this place from beginning til end. Didn’t even make it to the back glad I walked out. Looking for someone more professional and a office that has everything together and not gonna charge me an arm and a leg or switch prices the day of appointment.
The office requires you to give them your social security number. As a victim of identity theft, I do not provide that easily. When completing registration information online it did not require this and when contacted by the office several times before my appt to verify insurance they never mentioned it. So 6 weeks after booking I walked into the office and was confronted with this request. My only options were to provide my social or pay upfront for all services. I chose to leave. If that is your policy please let people know when making the appointment. Medical debt is no longer damaging to credit reports, and with so many digital hacks, and the revolving door of admin employees in the medical field, I do not feel that information will be safe with you, or any medical office.
Dr. Martin and his staff are awesome! They really care about their patients. The wait is never long which is always a plus!
The wait is crazy! Even if you're early (more than 15 minutes) been waiting to go back for over an hour ugh! Other than that it would've been a 5 star rating!
Dr. Martin and staff are friendly and very professional. They are kind and explained the procedures and made me very comfortable with the tooth extraction.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
