Providers and Staff were very courteous and professional. Only thing is you can't go into office if the physician is not there when office is supposed to be open

PROVIDER CASSIE WAS VERY RUDE EVEN TECH THEY HAVE NO SYMPATHY AND DOES NOT LIKE TO WORK THIS URGENT CARE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AS A RESIDENT OF CLAYTON COUNTY ALL THE STAFF THERE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED ITS MORE LIKE WALKING IN A DEAD SPIRIT PLACE ITS SO DARK THERE NO HOSPITALITY THEY JUST WORKING FOR A CHECK WHEN ITS OTHER JOBS THAT DONT REQUIRE YOU TO CARE WHY CHOOSE THIS ONE

I expect a long wait time when I goto these places, but the only thing that delayed my visit was trying to find my insurance information. The doctors listened to me and tested me where I needed to be tested and the appointment didn’t take long at all. I’ve been going there for a while and I’ll continue to do so for non life threatening circumstances.

They didn't give me any meds for my issue nor did they send over my prescription to the pharmacy so do not go here they will rip u off and jus tell u to go to the hospital if I'm feelin worse...like wth is the hospital gonna do that u guys were suppose to do and didnt!! I would rate a big -5 if I could!!

Every time i go to a doctor, they never call in ALL my prescriptions. I injured my foot and they forgot to call in the ibuprofen. Ive tried calling and they dont even have an option to speak to the urgent care part of the clinic. I will go somewhere else in the future. No one listened to me, they just rushed me out. Such a dissappointment.

Doctors and the nurses are very sweet been there twice already its very clean and they let you know you may have a wait time. If you do they always apologize for it.
