List of Martha Crenshaw's Reviews
I do not have any problem with my doctor. I do, however, have a big problem with the customer service section of Village Medical. I have been trying to get a resolution of billing problem for over two months. I have been promised a call from "upper management " and I never am contacted. Their lack of commitment is discouraging. We, the patient, should expect better care. This doctor does their part, but Village Medical evidently is incapable of doing theirs!
Good
I have been going to Dr. Crenshaw for over a decade. She is very thorough, professional and kind loving person. I have a great rapport with her and trust her completely. Couldn't find a better doctor.
Dr. Crenshaw has been my doctor for the better part of 37 years. She and her nurses (some of who are still there) were able to diagnose me with Type I Diabetes when I was 17 in 1990. She set6 me on a path of health by sending me to an awesome endocrinologist who is still my doctor now. Dr. Crenshaw and her team of MDs, PAs, Medica Assistants, and RNs keep her office running efficiently and on time , but I have never felt rushed out. She consistently listens to my concerns andf answers my questions. I can say that she has always put me in the right direction when helping me to choose a specialist. Dr. Crenshaw has an awesome bedside manner and her office feels like home.

I'm not one of Dr. Crenshaw's patients, rather, I m a surgeon at Emory Decatur and have had the privilege of being available for Dr. Crenshaw's patients for the past 30 years or more. My wife does see her as a patient. As a surgeon, I receive referrals from many different primary care physicians. Through the years, it has given me a chance to see how patients feel about their primary care doctor, and I also can see how well their medical problems have been handled, and if the referrals to me are appropriate. I can say unequivocally, that Dr. Crenshaw has been taking excellent care of of her patients through the years, and those who are referred to me always seem to be very happy with the care that she has provided them. I never hesitate to recommend Dr. Martha Crenshaw or her associates at Village Medical in Stone Mountain to my patients who are looking for a primary care physician. And I would recommend the same to anyone reading this.
My visit was excellent as always with Dr. Crenshaw and all of the staff.
Every time I meet with this dr.crenshaw she has an attitude. The first time I thought she was just having bad day, that wasn't the case. Yesterday, I tested positive for covid (and I'm Pfizer vacced), she won't call me in any meds. Can I get something for a dang fever or a headache?
I have been getting care at this practice for over 10 years and they’re amazing and always take their time to provide excellent care. I am so grateful to have found this place!
Dr Crenshaw is the only Doctor I have felt really cares. Super knowledgeable, comfortable to talk to and kind. My experience is she is the best you could ask for as your medical advisor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
