Oakhurst Medical Centers's Online Review Report Card

This is my second time entrusting this terrible place with my personal health. This place needs to be shut down ASAP because nobody here cares about you at all. It’s actually very saddening now that these doctors and nurses practically ignore you during the times when you absolutely need them. I am going to take legal action if this place continues to do me wrong and not give me my lab results in an appropriate time frame. People’s health is NOT supposed to be PUT ON HOLD. My doctor Charlene Robinson has pretty much taken a good guess when prescribing me the correct medication for my problem because they have not gotten my lab result to prove this medication is actually effective against what needs to be treated. It’s been a week since the lady at the front desk told me she’d call me back pertaining to the lab result. It’s been two business days since I’ve called and left a voicemail trying to get a hold to them about it. I am still experiencing the same exact problem and symptoms I have been prior to taking medication and I’m pretty much all out of the medication now. It is unfair to our community that some people absolutely HAVE to go to this place since it’s the only place available to them and they receive such poor treatment. For our community I encourage anyone else who has been done wrong by a doctor here at this practice to take legal action. Gather your evidence and get this place shut down.

The staff is ghetto unprofessional and unwelcoming. The staff in the front was loud vulgar and boisterous as if they arent at work. The staff at the desk is unnecessarily nasty. The medical assistant staff is rude. And to top it off you will wait for hours past your appt. They service is just horrible.

This place is very unprofessional . They never answer the phone or return calls . I’ve left several messages on the portal and never gotten a reply back . I needed medical forms filled out before a certain due date and never gotten the paperwork filled out on time . When I call to see if my forms are ready to be picked up they keep saying it haven’t been filled out or it’s in progress . I really don’t understand what’s the hold up . They had 2 weeks to fill it out . I’m very disappointed and this will be my last time going back . I will take my money somewhere else that’s more professional .

Difficult to get timely appointments providers schedules are not flexible or open. Staff are generally nicehelpful enough but do not go above or beyond their role or abilities. I tried this clinic because it’s closer to my new home but I want to feel my primary care facility wants to help and can be accommodating.This place is all process and no soul. Very disappointing.

My wife and I have been cooking here for a while and in general have had a good experience. Last week though we had a telemedicine appointment and were online for 2 12 hours and no one ever came to meet us. They need better quality help there. Yesterday for example whoever started the call process asked my wife about her pain Do it hurts? Seriously?

The staff here is unhelpful. Waited the better part of an hour to pick up glasses Absolutely rude lady upfront not doing her job. Zero stars. The exam was faster.

Do not come here If you are on MedicaidMedicare — please find another provider. My son’s provider is Ashley Smallwood she could NOT care less. These folks are only here for a check

If you literally want anything done….. don’t go here. They NEVER answer the phone. FOR ANYTHING. The doctors are sub par af. It’s just a complete waste of time. And gas. Because let you need any kind of paperwork. You WILL BE DRIVING up there to get it. They don’t answer the phones enough or call back to even be able to email it to you. Even during COVID. Definitely never coming back here again.

I liked it when it was Oakhurst but now they will never answer the phone Ive been trying to call them for an appointment for 2 days straight its always go straight to voicemail.

This place is terrible
