I went to have a consultation, which I paid $14.00 for after insurance, my tooth was hurting and it felt like it was a top tooth but I had a bad wisdom that needed to come out on the bottom that was really causing the pain. The dentist could see this and told me that even though she didn't see anything in the top tooth that I could be feeling pain from the bottom one. Yet she only prescribed me a toothpaste that helps the gums and no pain pills. They tried to tell me that I was prescribed pain pills the last time I came which was the previous week, and I had not. I just felt like they were treating me like a junkie asking for drugs when I was in severe pain from a decaying wisdom tooth. although I came consulting about a top tooth that it felt like was causing pain, she knew it was coming from the bottom and kept saying I don't see anything referring to the top area, so therefore she refused to prescribe any pain pills. It was the worse experience and I left feeling insulted yet I was shocked. The nurse even left me in the front and never came back to let me know if the dentist was going to write the prescription. I had to catch her as she passed by to get a response because they didn't want to address prescribing me pain pills for an obvious tooth that was hurting. I understand dentist are cautious with prescriptions but it was a hole in my tooth that she knew had to be causing me pain. I didn't get the dentist or the nurse name but it was my first time going to that location because I regularly go to the La Vista rd and I doubt they would have treated me this way so I don't recommend this location. Sage dental is on the pricey side for services FYI and always have to wait due to overbooking and overlapping of times.

The hygienist try to upsell me like we were at a car lot. I had been to a dentist prior and had a very good visit and was told that my teeth were in great shape and she tried to talk me into a cleaning that cost almost a large amount. I will not return and will be disputing the claim with my insurance provider.

Dr. Gu and the staff at this Sage Dental are AMAZING!!! Super patient, informative and knowledgeable. They are also welcoming and friendly, you can tell that they genuinely enjoy their profession and it shows! Love them all!

I visited Sage Stone Mountain with Dr Graham on 11/28/23. First, the ambiance & warm feeling when you walk into the Dental office. The smiles that greet you & the music playing making you feel at home. Your appt time & waiting to be see is the shortest gap I’ve ever experienced. Dr Graham’s professionalism, & compassion he shows, to you along with the care you need & desire by asking, what is important to you. He is patient, caring & a perfectionist. He makes you feel like you’re the most important patient of the day. When I leave the clinic after my appt, I’m looking forward to my next appt. I feel like part of the family. I’m greatful to have made this change & will not see another dentist in Ga. Dr Graham & Sage have a new patient for life. Christina Spurlock

This was the absolute worse experience. I like to leave honest reviews since companies reputation are on the line. The staff had manners and we’re respectful. My appointment was at 11 and I waited for 45 minutes. Got back to the waiting room and waited another 30 minutes. The equipment wasn’t charged nor was it ready. I was told again we would need to move to a new location. I have a full scheduled day and if it took that long for just the X-ray I KNOW I would have been there for another two hours. I think not!!!!! They need to get organized and be in sync. I will not be returning nor spend my money there!
