I went in for a job drug screening and DOT physical. They got me in and out fairly quickly. However, the lady who did my drug screening and a portion of the physical exam never once changed her exam gloves after handling my urine sample. After completing my urinalysis she took me across the office area to another room where she gave me a vision test and checked my vitals. She touched doorhandles and handled the blood pressure testing equipment wearing the same gloves. Then she went to the front desk and touched the computer keyboard and then handed me my paperwork while still wearing the same gloves she was wearing while handling my urine sample. I imagine there are times when people might get urine on the out side of the sample cup. If she isn’t in the habit of changing her glover she’s spending urine all around the office.

I always get such good care here! They all listen and are so nice, helpful and caring. The PA that cared for me was D’Amber and she is AMAZING! She is so down to earth and truly takes her time with the care she gives!

My son injured his thumb at a lacrosse game. We went to Health Choice Urgent Care in Sugar Hill hoping to get an x-ray to make sure it wasn’t broken. This was the best urgent care experience we have ever had. We were able to reserve a time which worked with his school schedule and meant we didn’t have to wait long. We were also able to get in to see the doctor, get an x-ray and results in under an hour. Highly recommended this urgent care!!

I am older and thus have visited the Urgent Care facility on a few occasions . I have noted nothing but professionalism always. They are kind and friendly and considerate. I have been treated with utmost care and have never felt that I was a bother. can't say enough good things about the staff there. So glad it's so near for me.

Usually really happy with this urgent care, but today was awful. Wasted 2 hours while others arriving after me were seen despite having a reservation. Friendly staff were obviously embarrassed but provider was rude. Lost more trust in healthcare today. Sad that standards are slipping.
