Waited 45 minutes in examining room after nurse left room. Normally no problem but had another appointment at 1:30. Thankful I could reschedule for 2,:30 without a charge.
My only negative is that I have to wait so long to be seen by the doctor. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I appreciate the doctor taking time with me and goes over everything with me.
Dr was very nice, listened and asked and answered my questions.
They are so good at what the do and they do do it in a timely matter love this places I would like to tell them thank you all for the help you gave me it way very much appreciate god bless I recommend this places to anyone who really needs a great places for heath
I was very late for my lab appt but I'm thankful they could fit me in. I also needed to see Dr Shaw about a serious condition and couldn't wait for my next appt. He accepted and was very glad I did. Staff was very helpful.
Always a great experience with the doctors at this facility!
The wait time is ridiculous. This location is only open every other Friday. On those Fridays they pack as many patients in as possible. Go to Lawrenceville or find another doctor to save yourself some time and annoyance.
Went to this office on July 23rd, and the young lady at the desk was so rude. The terms she used for what I need were unprofessional and just out right horrible. I did call the Lawrenceville location to inform them on her action. Not sure if anything is going to be done or not, but if you are working with people and you can't be nice then find another job, you never know what someone is going through.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
