Everyone at this office goes out of their way to be polite, courteous and they are also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

This practice has went downhill in a bad way. I had colonoscopy and endoscopy still waiting for doctor to contact me concerning results. It has been six months and multiple phone calls and follow conversations with staff but no doctor call. The staff is inexperienced and patient care is not important. I would not recommend this practice to anyone close to me. I had a follow-up exam at hospital that doctor ordered the office had the results the same day still no one has contacted me. Doctor out of town she will get back with you, still waiting. I have moved on from this practice just wanted to put them on blast for the horrible customer service I received while being a patient. No thank you for that level of no service. There is no excuse if someone health is depending on them being responsive. You have been warned, enter at your own risk.

I had an appt last week that I had to wait two months for and got told I needed to reschedule due to the doctor not being able to come into the office and I reschedule and now I'm having to wait another two months and when I tried to get a hold of the nurse to try and get an earlier appt she didn't want to hear what I had to say on why I needed and earlier appt and straight sent me back to the appt scheduling line without even saying anything. And I tried to get a hold of the nurse for some new issues I have had arise and I can't get a call back. I'm finding a new doctors office tomorrow!!!

A very horrible experience with Dr Knepp’s office personnel. I suffer with chronic diverticulitis, reflux, and irritable bowel syndrome. I have had several attacks of diverticulitis to which I was unable to get the nurse or the office personal to have Dr Knepp call in to the pharmacy for antibiotics to treat my Diverticulitis. I have had this conversation a couple years ago with Mrs. Anderson the PA and Dr Knepp. I have had to suffer with a sever case of Diverticulitis for about Three months. I was admitted to the hospital with an inflamed case of Diverticulitis on December 21 through December 25 2020. Now the surgeons are telling me I must have part of my colon removed and possibly my bowels. All could have been avoided had someone called in some antibiotics to the pharmacy.

My first experience here was quick easy and effortless. Since my result came back this has been on hell of a ride getting in touch with these people by phone. They don't even have a prompt for my Doctor or nurse. I work alot so withy busy schedule it would be nice to actually call and take care of ur business. The receptionist need to be replaced, my documentation was suppose to be ready over 2 weeks ago for this $1500 BS they prescribed. I been dealing with this issue over a month now l came here last week for the assistance paper call l told it would be ready just to get home and open the envelope and it's not there. I called numerous time with no help, so l beeb here for over a hr with no paper work or assistant. Definitely a beautiful atmosphere but they need to step it up big time with having a quick response to the patient needs. This is a complete waste of my day

Marcia was rude when asking for my insurance & made it seem as if I was unaware on how insurance worked. Very unprofessional.

Mr amir was very rude to me today in hospital while I was laying in bed. He asked me how I was doing today and I told him not too good and he said WELL SIR U DID IT TO YOURSELF I have cirrhosis of the liver. But it's really not any of his business how I got it. He should just be there to help me , not have a attitude, I know I am right. I dont think you should treat patients like that. The office is beautiful but, that’s about it. The staff is unfriendly and unsympathetic. The doctors who had a decent relationship with their patients have all left. I drive out of town just to receive quality medical care for my health issues. This office definitely needs a course in public relations and patient etiquette.
