Walked out after 2 hours of sitting in waiting room. They called everyone except my mother that had been there since 10am then going to tell her she was next and then called 4 more people and never called her but told us at noon they go to lunch so what she was supposed to sit there til 1 when her apt was at 1015. Nope I left. I would not recommend any one using them.

By far the biggest waste of time I’ve ever had in my life. I hesitated on even writing this review because my experience was absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Uyoe had me come in first for an evaluation scheduled X-rays and MRI. (Two appointments). Came in the third time, just for him to tell me there was nothing he could help me with and dismissed all my concerns and pain I had explained to him. My third appointment didn’t even last 5 minutes but had to wait about 30.Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless they have something that will pop up on X-rays or mris or else he’ll just dismiss you right away.

Dr. Skidmore treated our pre-teen son for a wrist injury. He was very informative and communicated directly with our son about the events leading up to the injury, the results of the x-ray and how to care for it while healing. Especially for young athletes, it is imperative our children learn how to talk to their physicians and Dr. Skidmore made this visit EASY.

This place is terrible. Typical Phoebe business in Albany. Horrible wait time and customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I would have to write a book to explain how bad this place was to me!!!! I was sent here by Phoebe Emergency and put up with their horrible care for 4 months before I quit them and moved to Orthopaedic Associates - who are WONDERFUL!!! I hope this review saves somebody else from having a horrible experience!!!

Dr. Uyoe is the greatest and done wonders for me. From the front door to the exit, I always have a great experience. Had a hip replacement, felt so great afterwards that I didnt even have to take any pain meds. Very pleased and will recommend to anyone❤

Nice employees. However I needed surgery on my foot, my surgery date was pushed back twice, both times the day before. I was asked to come in twice for consultation where nothing constructive took place whatsoever, both scheduled consultations that I will pay for. They were only concerned with getting me through the door as many times as possible, and not actually fixing my issue. Also hey this is how they wrapped up my foot
