Alexander Park's Online Review Report Card

I'm writing this review for my father, who just had a minor cyst removed from his back. Dr. Alexander Park was a great surgeon, and the staff was helpful and kind.. Dr. Park took time to go over the diagnosis and clearly explained the treatment options. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. We highly recommend!!!!

I had gallbladder surgery. He did great with explaining everything and what to do after surgery. I would highly recommend!!

Dr. Alex Park has performed melanoma removal surgery on my back and shoulder on separate occasions. Both procedures went extremely smooth and were well explained to me. The incisions healed well. He did a fantastic job both times. I would highly recommend him for any type of general surgery.

I absolutely felt like I was in the best hands possible with Dr. Alex Park. Having previously worked with him in vascular surgery, I knew his surgical skills were exceptional. When I received a second breast cancer diagnosis, I met with Dr. Park to discuss my diagnosis and previous history. He thoroughly reviewed my previous scans and surgical notes and recommended I also meet with a genetic counselor and oncologist. I met with both, and Dr Alex allowed me time to process his recommendations and my options. Once ready, I scheduled my surgery easily with his office which I found to be efficient. I chose a lumpectomy and my surgery and recovery went smoothly. My results were ideal with clear margins! What a relief! My follow-up appointment went equally well, and my surgical scar is minimal. I am thoroughly pleased with my result and frankly, the whole process. If I ever need additional breast or vascular surgery, Dr. Park would be the first I would call. I highly recommend him and his practice.

Dr. Park treated my venous reflux disease successfully. I had constant symptoms of fatigue, achiness and heaviness. Within a day or two, my symptoms disappeared. Throughout my procedure, he was reassuring, and I had minimal discomfort. I went back to work that day! I knew of some nurses that had worked with him in the operating room, and said that he was very competent and liked him a lot. (nurses know who is good and who's not). I knew I would be in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Park for procedures/surgeries due to my personal experience/recommendations.

Dr. Park removed melanoma from my back earlier this year. He was extremely thorough with the procedure and successful in removing all of it. After my surgery was complete I was very impressed with the appearance of my incision. Everything has healed well and I am doing great thanks to him!

Dr. Alex Park is an exceptional surgeon and one I highly recommend. He previously treated my venous reflux disease effectively in 2015, so when I had a unsettling second breast cancer diagnosis in 2016, I selected him again for treatment as he has expertise in breast cancer surgery. After reviewing my breast images and considering my second occurrence along with a family history of breast cancer, Dr. Park suggested genetic testing before deciding treatment. He also referred me to a radiation oncologist in the area. I found Dr. Park to be very thorough and felt he listened to my concerns. We agreed to an initial lumpectomy. The surgery went smoothly and pathology reports came back with clear margins! The incision scar healed nicely too. Dr. Park has my trust and I would not hesitate to consult with him again should I need surgery in the future.

I have had two surgeries by Dr. Park. They were 7 years apart and for different things. I chose to go back to him for thyroid surgery. It was successful and the scar can not be seen. I would definitely go back to him if needed.

I really should have researched Drs. and my surgery. I have met several people who have had my type of hernia surgery (hiatal) who it was taken care of laproscopically. I didn't realize I would be left with a 3 inch scar in the middle of my stomach. I am single never married and dating men ask me if there is anything I can do about it because I guess it bothers them. I have tried tapes,creams and peels and nothing works. But now I am really upset because this was a work injury I got from trying

This office has a way of keeping info from you. Before start of surgery and follow up treatments, we were told 2 closures, and 6 treatments. 6 treatments which did not clear up the veins, still seeing many veins.The staff advised I would need more sessions, they would get approval. The insurance company declined the request saying that the additional was not medically necessary should have been completed in 6. Office now wants me to pay out of pocket, for work they should have already done, BAD!
