If I could give 0 stars I would . I gave birth May 3rd 2021 and I had a horrible birth experience with Dr.Troxler . While in labor I informed the dr I was ready to push, she told me to do practice pushes with my nurse and she would be back. She then walked out the room, didn’t come back for over 10 mins causing me not only to tear in the inside of my vagina, causing stitches and serve bleeding. Almost died, I had to hold my son through 4 contractions causing him to get amnioctic fluid in his lungs, causing him to to straight to NICU. I felt I was robbed of a first time mother experience because I wasn’t cared for properly and I absolutely believe race plays a part . It has been a major thing in healthcare where healthcare providers treat woman of color and their children unfairly . I was in active labor I shouldn’t have been left! I shouldn’t have been told to “practice” push when I was literally having the baby. I shouldn’t have been ignored I still deal with issue from birth . Which is my hemoglobin levels being low my son has a kidney issue and they all knew of this but made me hold my child during contractions. She didn’t give a reason as to why she left me or anything and didn’t return after serval calls from the nurse . I literally almost died me and my child he was born breathing horribly. I will never give birth at Northside Gwinnett or by troxler .

Dr. Troxler was able to get me in very quickly and take the time to repair a postpartum tear that was causing me a lot of pain in the same day. She was so kind and walked me through the entire process. I’m so happy to be on the road to recovery.

Everyone was very kind and answered all of my questions. I was able to schedule my mammogram before l edit the office and even before l got home, l received a text letting g me know that the order for my bone scan was already sent over and they advised me to wait 24-48 hours for Northside radiology before calling and scheduling my appt to allow them time to receive it and put it in the system. Would highly recommend this provider!!!

Wow! After switching insurance, I had no idea what I was going to get with this place, and I love it. Dr. Troxler is a gem - attentive, thorough, and explains everything. This was my first ever “womanly yearly” and I was super nervous. But she was really friendly, and took all my concerns seriously. Fantastic doctor!

Dr. Troxler is an amazing doctor and I am so grateful to have her as my doctor. She listens intently, allows you to feel heard, answers all your concerns and questions. Dr. Troxler is wonderful!!!

Dr. Troxler let me feel not only comfortable but also HEARD for the first time in years! Also, the person who drew my blood was magical. I would go back to donating blood if the techs were all as gentle as she was!

Dr. Anna Troxler is an awesome doctor. She listens to you carefully and pays all the attention to details.

Everyone was very sweet, from check in to check out. There is more than restroom to leave your sample, the doctor was very kind, informative, has great bedside manner, cared about my concerns, offered options instead of telling me I should do a, b, c, which will cost $$$, which is very rare to find these days. Usually I am the one asking for options or asking if it’s needed in order to save myself the money. I didn’t feel rushed, she took her time with me, listened and explained. I saw Dr. Troxler. The office was busy, I waited about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time but I was a first time patient so I had to fill out forms on my phone and I had a terrible connection! That’s the only complaint I have. If you’re a first timer, make sure you fill the forms out before you get there. I didn’t get the link before so I had to do it there but ask them to send the link after you make your appointment.
