Tried calling for 2 weeks with no answer. Finally got an appointment and the doctor was over an hour late. Will not be returning here.

They make sure you have all your meds before and after procedures also extremely over board nice and extremely well trained staff . I have to see An Large amount of Drs and this visits I had were all met professionally and personal classy . Thank you for a very good experience Mark

I have been calling for over a week and cannot reach anyone. Cvs has been waiting for a Doctor Response for over week and now the Procedure is Tomorrow and I do not know what to do. I felt comfortable with the Doctor and he answered all my question but not being able to reach anyone for a week and receiving an email of a $75 fee if I cannot make the appt is unacceptable. Please help. I now see why the Review here are so poor.

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. As soon as I walked through the doors for my upper gI the anesthesiologist was very rude to me and my fiancé. She made me take a pregnancy test without my fiancé present and it was very disrespectful I told her I wanted my fiancé back with me after being told she could go back with me to get told she couldn’t. The only people that was nice here was the receptionist. And then to find out they wouldn’t do the procedure because I have seizures and my dr was well aware of me having seizures. And still refused to get me set up at the hospital instead of a drs office and I did call like 3 times to try and get it scheduled at the hospital instead of here and they wouldn’t do it so they wasted my time my gas and my energy for nothing if you plan on being stress free or little to no stress don’t come here. If your looking for high stress environment then this is the place for you.

Fast and professional. All the workers were very nice and knowledgeable.

Let me first say that this review is based off the under trained receptionist they have at the colonoscopy side checking people in, I walked in and there is 2 other patients seating at the lobby, I say I am not sure if I need to be here or next door? As there is 2 different buildings, she asks why am I here for? I am having a procedure done, she asks again what kind, I don't want to say why in front of other people!!! Common HIPPA sense!! I continue to ask nice could you please check on your computer if I need to be here or not? She goes on to ask the same question 3 times? Finally had to snaps and say I don't want to say it in front of other's! And if you knew some about HIPPA you would not kept asking this!!! Come on be more professional about things!!!On the other hand Dr. Dong is amazing and his a professional in every sense of the word

Out of all the previous two doctors I had at AGA, I have to honestly say that Dr. Sanchez is the best out of them all. She is one of the only caring doctors at AGA who will actually consult, listen, and show that they care about what their patient is saying. Great experience with Dr. Sanchez here! If anyone has to ever be referred to AGA at Johns Creek...please save your time and energy, and have a consultation with Dr. Sanchez first. She is a genuinely caring person, and the only reason I'm giving AGA 5 stars.

One of the worst offices to deal with. Dr Yasmin and her nurse are incredibly slow to respond and have no regard for on-going care, the nurse hung up during a call, both do not respond to portal messages..and she did the endoscopy!Their billing office is another nightmare...complete mess of ded application, they outsource to a 3rd party so its just a web of poor offices.i highly recommending NOT dealing with any provider in this office.

Absolutely horrible experience. They just want to give you some prescription to prop you up and get you out of their office. I’ve been waiting on test results for 3 weeks now even though the estimated wait time is 7-10 days. I have left multiple messages at their office, spent Atleast an hour on hold, and I have even sent them a message on the online portal. I left them a voice mail and an online message 7+ days ago. Feels like you have to chase your doctor down to get your results. Absolutely terrible...Edit: after waiting 30 minutes for a call back after being put on hold, they tell me at 4:20 that they can’t give me my results today because “a lot of the medical assistants leave around 4:30.” When their hours say open until 5. I will never return to this office again I do not care how far I have to drive or how much I have to pay

I first went here and saw Dr. Raina. She seemed very knowledgeable and nice. I asked her for a replacement prescription for my previous that had expired from another Dr. office. I told her what I was taking and she said she doesn’t usually prescribe that and gave me a different one and told me that they were basically the same thing. The one she gave me was not working and I was planning on asking her about it when I had my upper endoscopy done with her. I was expecting to see her before the procedure but only saw her right before I got put under. I told her about was was happening and she said we would figure it out after the procedure and I was instantly put to sleep. When I woke up the nurse told me Dr. Raina would be by to talk about everything. As I am still extremely groggy, Dr. Raina casually walks by and says “you have damage to your esophagus and a hiatal hernia” and the just walks away! Being just woken up from anesthesia I was very distraught because all I could think about was the word hernia. No follow up care information, no plan to proceed forward, no talking about prescription changes, nothing. The nurse handed me a pamphlet about it and that was that. I had to go do my own research on what I had. I don’t know, I thought for how much I paid for this I would get a little something more...? Nope. I also keep getting a new surprise bill from this place every other week. The office visit and procedure were very expensive even with insurance. Very disappointed in what I paid for.
