Dr Mincey and her staff are only capable of treating a select few acute conditions. Any chronic illness or diagnosis, no matter how stable you are, gets referred out to a specialist. Controlled blood pressure? Specialist! Lifelong thyroid disease? Specialist! Rash? Specialist! And whatever you do, do NOT ask for anything to help you sleep. It doesn’t matter that your mother just passed away and you haven’t slept in a week. It doesn’t matter if you are crisis mode. Because guess what? You’ll be referred to a psychiatrist and sent on your way! Don’t waste your time with this practice. They are the equivalent of an irrelevant middle manager.

Dr Mincey is one of the few doctors that do NOT treat you like a number. She listens and looks for ways to help you.

Great experience. Dr Mincey and her team live "customer service". They are professional,caring and made me feel comfortable and not the 9:30 appointment.Dr. Mincey listens, asks questions and takes her time in analyzing needs based on "me", not an insurance protocol.
