I started seeing Gina over the summer for health issues I had been complaining to my doctors about for about a year. Gina is the first provider that truly listened to how I was feeling and she immediately sprung into action with a game plan. She explains things in a way that is easy to understand and is so caring. I'm so appreciative of her. I would highly recommend Elevate to literally anyone and everyone.

I am so happy I found this amazing group of practitioners. They have helped me so much in many areas that Traditional medicine was of no help. I have gone to many doctors over many years and many states, and I have never found any help. It is nice to feel like myself again after years of chronic pain.

Communication needs improvement I was really looking forward to a practice that includes functional medicine to cope with my Hashimoto disease. Communication has been impossible with this practice despite leaving voicemail messages. I have never heard back from anyone.

Rabia has helped me navigate my hormonal health and fatigue. I feel cared for and my concerns are heard in her office. She has great tools for investigating and eliminating symptoms and not just diagnosing a problem.
