Everyone there is so sweet 🥹💕 I was really anxious about a lot of things but they were well informed, helpful, and reassured me on my concerns. Big shoutout to Nurse Lisa and Becky Park for taking care of me and always making sure that my concerns were addressed and not making me feel silly or uncomfortable about things that I am not educated on 🥹💕 Thank you to the young lady at the reception desk too for answering my questions throughly about my insurance too and offering the best services ever!

I am incredibly grateful to this office, especially to Mrs. Lisa and John. From day one, my wife’s experience was truly exceptional. As her husband, I felt complete peace of mind knowing she was in such caring and capable hands. When you’re trusting someone with something as precious as a human life, that level of confidence means everything. Every member of the team was kind, professional, and compassionate from the person at the front desk to each assistant and healthcare provider. They made us feel supported, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire journey. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding care. This place was over-rated. It’s one of the most disorganized clinics I've ever been. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment but didn't get seen until almost an hour later because they said they confused me with another patient when I checked in so I didn't get handed the patient intake form (then they asked for my insurance and ID again) until almost 40 minutes later. When I finally got into the patient rm, they had a big TV on the wall showing the patient's full names and birthdates. Talk about HIPAA violation. Then while I was talking to Dr Lee about my issue, he kept cutting me off and kept saying I'm menopausal. I told him I'm not menopaused and that I'm only 42 then he looked at my chart and realized that I have the wrong birth date and birth year. He didn't even take the time to listen to me. He just handed me a sample and when I asked what it was. He just kept saying it's similar to hormones w/o actually telling me what it is and what the ingredients are. I'm not sure if Dr Lee lacks empathy or if it’s because he just doesn't seem to communicate very well in English that's why his staff is mostly Koreans, all but one person I saw in the office. I wish I would've known this so I didn't end up wasting my time coming here.

Dr Lee and his team are very kind, I never felt uncomfortable at all. He asked me several times if I had questions and was very attentive. They took me in as soon as I got there.
