I am usually the type of person that will leave a compliment before a complaint but this office lost me as a patient. First of all, the girl up front is absolutely rude for no reason…on the phone, in person, doesn’t matter. Then I come in for stomach issues so they ask me to take some samples to be sent off. However, they fail to fill out the paperwork correctly so I am in pain for over a week before they call to tell me the issue and that they basically can’t help me. Now the sample I sent is useless and they simply tell me to go see a gastrologist.

Here is a service that does not even know what industry they are in. The front office does not even have the listening skills and wants to transfer and hang up your call. The office manager does not want to answer specific questions about an inquiry that you made. The office has no records of a request that you made for more than two months. Please avoid this office. They are unprofessional and do not care about their patients. The quality of the care has also deteriorated after the demise of one of their prominent and well-respected physicians. This practice should NOT stay in business as they do not care about their patients well being.

This is my new primary doctor. They are great, fast in and out. The front desk clerk is very nice even when I have a million questions. I will be going here for many years to come. Dr Narayan listens and and cares he told me about his upbringing and actually asked about mine.

My dad is a new patient and his appointment is until next week; however, you can feel the caring and the energy just by calling to make an appointment. Joy is the best person ever! She knows how important care is needed for our beloved seniors. Can't wait to meet her in person.

Beyond 5 stars. I first saw Pam Watson as my PCP. I think I've been seeing her for a year now. Then, I saw Candace the other day. She's very caring and I have a very complicated health issues. She was concerned and introduced me to Dr. Narayan. He's an outstanding doctor. When they said patient care, they showed it! I 100% recommend this office to anyone.

John’s Creek staff & Dr. Narayan have been amazing in helping myself and my family with primary care. We are new to Georgia and grateful for their professionalism and customer service on each visit! Joyce and Kate are wonderful!! Highly recommended this Dr office!

New patient experience has been great for me. The staff is so kind and friendly. Reminiscent of the care back home. Everyone thoroughly listens to me from the time I walk in and throughout my visit. Dr Nararyan introduced himself and took time to listen to everything and help me begin to rectify not only my medication but also getting my life back on track with my overall health. The staff is warm and friendly, happy to help. I like the feel of this office.

Dr. Herman is the best. Whenever I have any health issues to address, he gets right to the point and makes sure to make my health better. Everyone that I have met so far in the facility are kind and remember my visits, including the front desk, bloodwork’s, and the nurses.
