List of Johns Creek Specialist Center's Reviews
They were no help and just care about money, I cant recommend Dr. KIM.
I have gone to Johns Creek Specialist Center for the past two years for my autoimmune and this has been the best rheumatologist I've ever seen. I highly recommend Dr. Alan Kramer and this practice. I felt that he truly cared for me and my health and was always pleasant to talk with. All of the nurses and assistants were always in a good mood and I'm sad to be moving and leaving this practice.
Doctor was okay in person but had more questions about my job. Then called regarding results and was extremely rude
They took a lot of time to talk to me about what was going on.
I had pain in my legs that had become so bad I could hardly walk. After visiting 4 different doctors who were no help, Dr. Kramer was the one who diagnosed vasculitis and prescribed the necessary medications to treat the condition. I have now been under his care for over 4 years and have found him to be the utmost professional (never seeing any behavior like that posted by another reviewer). He is an old fashioned doctor who spends the time to know all of your medical conditions and how the conditions and meds might possibly interact. I give him my highest recommendation!
After seeing multiple specialists over the years and taking multiple drugs I was referred to Dr. Kramer by my GP. He talked to me, asked lots of questions, ran labs and diagnosed me with Rheumatoid Arthritis. He put me on injections, they work but have several undesirable side effects. Dr Kramer also did a wonderful job of separating my non-RA issues and referring me out. I was able to get my health together and eventually lose weight resulting in less flare ups and more time in remission. He is an older doctor which is a good thing. He’s very thorough and doesn’t rush your visit. Be advised scheduling can be a month or two in the future which sucks if meds are needed but I’d rather wait than not get proper treatment by a different doctor.
Dr.Alan kamer, sucks!!
I have seen Dr Kramer for several years. He goes above and beyond to make sure I get the medication I need. The office staff is amazing- they're so friendly and are always happy to help with my baby!
My wife went to see Dr Alan Kramer to follow up with him on tests. While doing his exam he put his hands on my wife's hips, squeezed them and stated that 'Your back hurts because you carry all your weight here.'My wife reached out to his office to talk about it and was dealt with rudely. We've talked to the doctor that recommend him about it and she stated that his conduct was unprofessional. So ladies, if you're not a model, steer clear of Dr. Kramer.
Great doctors. Impressed with their thoroughness.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
