Nurse Linda helped me over the phone to get in to see my doctor who I love Dr. zachowski on the same day! Not saying that same day is guaranteed, but it was just amazing and Linda was so kind and attentive. This practice has been amazing so grateful to have found them.

Called to schedule an appointment for me and my 3 kids and the receptionist had to keep putting me on hold while i was talking. Very frustrating when you have to give so much information for 4 people. I hung up and did not schedule at this office.

Emily Ann Zachowski is one of the best family Doctors that's hard to find. She is very caring with her patients and thorough in her approach to health assessments, specialist referrals and treatment plans. She listens intently, communicates with clarity, and generously devotes time to address every concern, ensuring patients feel valued and understood. Her team is welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Scheduling or changing appointments is a breeze. We were referred to Dr. Zachowski by our friends and were so pleased with her dedicated care that my family and I are willing to drive for an hour for her appointments.

Very knowledgeable and personable physician. Since establishing care, now bring my whole family here. Great staff, very kind and caring, minimum to no wait time, appointments available same day or within 24hrs. Hard to find all that in one office.

Dr. Zachowski, her nurse, and office staffs were super nice. The wait was short and office was new and clean. Dr. Zachowski takes the time and listens to her patients. Looking forward to continue seeing her as my PCP. Thank you!!

Dr. Z was an absolute delight to visit. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to doctors, but she was very thorough and understanding. I left feeling relieved, with a clear plan laid out that we chose together.

Dr. Zachowski is strictly a B team doctor. Only interested in easy cases. Says she is "not comfortable" with complicated stuff. Declined to treat a case of "compassionate care". Trivializes symptoms in the notes, with the result that other providers won't take the case seriously. Won't update the chart for inaccurate and incomplete information. Took three days to respond by phone on an important issue, and then only after I called in patient affairs. Be sure to watch her completely trivial video on NFMJC webpage on hand washing: "Remember to wash your hands with warm soap and water for at least 20 seconds."

It was a fantastic experience from the moment I check in to the end of the doctors appointment and check out. The front desk staff is knowledgeable, patient and customer service oriented. Dr. Zachowski was professional, compassionate and took the time to listen and understand. Extremely thorough and great follow up.
