List of Northside Vascular Surgery's Reviews
Had a very good experience! All employees friendly. Dr. Patel was very kind and willing to answer all our questions. They are willing to see minors (at least ages 12ish and up). Wait was minimal. Able to get a test right away instead of needing to return. Would recommend!
Worthless. Avoid at all costs. Negative 5 rating is appropriate for this practice. The arrogant and condescending doctor spent 5 minutes with me, acted as if it was a pain to answer my questions. PA was unresponsive to follow up on required post visit referral for treatment, I had to pester them with multiple phone calls for a simple referral. A little later I had to pester them for a prescription with multiple calls. And after a referred treatment, I needed help once more and called for assistance and the front desk hung up on me. Called again and requested a call back from the arrogant doctor's nurse, who never returned my call. They billed my insurance over $500 for an OV which is outrageous for any quality of care. Compassion, respect, quality care and patient follow up are all forsaken at this practice. Who wants to overpay, be seriously underwhelmed by unjustified arrogance and ignored repeatedly? Not me. Hopefully not you either.
Amazing experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
