Horrible experience. My friend chose this practice for her second pregnancy, and unfortunately it was one issue after another. Not only did she have problems with billing and undergo tests that had not been properly approved, but her baby had several medical findings that were never disclosed during any of her prenatal appointments over a span of 22 weeks. Based on her experience, I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr Franklin is an amazing Dr. Her bedside manner is compassionate and her work is thorough. You never feel rushed or like a number! Thank you Dr Franklin!
Been going there for 31 years... will never leave until Dr Sharon retires !
Muy buena atención médica
I have been going to John Creek' s office for over 20 years. I love how they care about their patients. I love how they take time to explain and talk to you about any concerns you might have. They are very knowledgeable. They give excellent customer service.
I have been a patient her for years. It is difficult to get an appointment with a provider, so I typically see a different provider every time I am seen.
I had two surgeries with Dr Bassil (2024 & 2025) and had complications with both. I wish he would have referred me out to a plastic surgeon instead of having put me under unnecessary general anesthesia, major pain and inflammation. Thousands of dollars later, I now have a bigger problem than what I started with and need to have another procedure to correct the last surgery he did.
I have been coming to this office for some years now and always a great experience. Very kind and professional
I’ve had an overall wonderful experience at this OBGYN office. From the front desk to the nurses, midwives, and doctors, everyone has been incredibly friendly, sweet, and communicative. I genuinely feel cared for during my visits, which means so much, especially during my first pregnancy. Unfortunately, my only negative experiences have been with the phlebotomist, Kim. This was my second time having labs done with her, and both times felt uncomfortable. She did not introduce herself, did not acknowledge me, and did not explain what she was doing or what to expect during the blood draw. During my most recent visit, I was seated directly in front of her for about five minutes without any communication. The first thing said to me was simply, “you gotta move your sleeve up more.” When I asked how many tubes of blood would be drawn, the response was “a lot,” with no additional explanation. Clear communication and a reassuring bedside manner are especially important during lab work, and this lack of interaction made me feel uneasy. Up until that point, my visits have always been very pleasant, so this experience really stood out. I hope this feedback helps, as the rest of the staff truly does an amazing job.
So far I don’t like the facility, I got transferred here from another state due to our move..I have no option to transfer to different one as already very late in pregnancy weeks 😐.Literally im stuck with these guys 😐 Things I don’t like here: 1. Front desk staff could do their jobs better except 1 or 2 at checkout. 2. There is lot of wait time on every visit even when we go in time for appointment, the highest we waited was 1.5hr once & least 45 mins. 3. Every visit, they schedule with different MD provider or a midwife due to availability & we don’t have option but go with it as its prenatal visits & can’t wait..there is no consistency in the doctor we see on each visit. It’s not good practice & adds a lot of stress for the patient seeing different doctors every time.. i really hope they change this pattern & review their approach with patients. 4. No consistency with patient notes maintenance & as a patient i had to repeat my history everytime I meet a doctor, my job is to ask questions about any issues i have & get some comforting talk from OB, but the visits are not at all pleasant..I felt like why am i paying them so much to do their job? There is no summary of visit notes in the portal, no track of what my visits were 😢 its just so frustrating.. pregnant women shouldn’t have to stress about all this, the OB facility should make sure they are doing their job well . 5. The person who does the ultrasound is just not good, felt so hurried, she didn’t have full history of my visit, i had to repeat, tell her things that needed to be checked in visit. Overall procedure also she was hurried, it made me very discomfort. Never had such ultrasound experience in other hospital i went. I called it out & told this to the facility as well. Not sure they even care! 6. I don’t understand why they don’t have on-call doctors in Northside Forsyth?? They only do in Sandy Springs. They simply say its the midwives who take care of deliveries in Forsyth. That’s just absurd. 7. This facility is more like general hospital where you meet with any random provider who is available & for deliveries also its the same thing. Not at all a OB specialist hospital like they say. I highly don’t recommend this if you’re looking to have a consistent provider on every visit & good care taken throughout pregnancy or any other reasons of ur visit. Better find another provider working in good facility.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
