If you are looking for braces for your child… I urge you to LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! This place has been a nightmare since we started, The follow up care is horrible, the scheduling is HORRIBLE the communication is horrible. They seemingly only have one doctor that is spread out over several locations all over the greater metro Atlanta. The staff is pleasant when you can get someone on the phone but no one can answer your questions in a way that makes any sense. Billing is a nightmare and a scam. Overall this is a horrible orthodontist HORRIBLE!!!! I’m sorry I ever brought my child here! There is some shady business going on here! RUN!!!

I reach out 12-14-2023, still waiting for a return phone call!!!!!! Not only that, they could not find my records from my last visit in the Lawrenceville location.

If you're looking for a dental office that you can trust, this is definitely not the place. It's sad that as a patient there, I've had to go through so much just to get implants. I have insurance and I've had to keep paying out of pocket time after time because of the incompetence of an office manager. It's been one thing after the next.....it's sad and unfortunate because Dr. Peeta is actually a great dentist. The doctor that placed the inplants, Dr. Yassien, was great also. I am so pissed right now. Beware, do not go to this place ever!! If I didn't have thousands invested in this, I would just walk away.....

I've been a patient at Sage Dental of Suwanee for almost 3 years. My husband and I have spent close to 18K out of pocket for Inplants, not including the insurance portion of over 60K. The way it has been billed is an issue too long to discuss. This process started almost 2 years ago, and I have yet to get the final teeth placement. When I call the office from my mobile phone, the calls are being forwarded to voice mail and no return call. I think this is very unprofessional. If there is a reason that I can't be seen, I need to be notified immediately as to why. If I had to recommend this office, I wouldn't, and that's unfortunate because Dr. Peeta is actually a great dentist.

Even after having appointment we were told to wait for 1.5 hrs which is really bad. This is not the 1st time which has happened but, it’s regular scenario in sage dental. There needs to be a penalty to sage dental for keeping clients waiting which needs to be implemented asap. If there is no Dr then clients needs to be informed in advance. I have made a biggest mistake by coming in Sage Dental and giving commitment for 3 yrs for my daughter 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Staff was very kind, patient, informative and caring. Dr. Null is all the above and more. Office very busy but was made to feel like I was very important and they all continually check to see how I was doing.

Quality of care is not very good. Took over a year and I finally got my tooth fixed after they couldn't figure it out. Putting on braces on my daughter and it's been a disaster. Would not recommend Sage Dental to anybody. Go with private dentist . Corporations don't care.

I love the dentist but ever since it became Sage Dental, you cant get anyone to answer the phone or call you back. Its impossible to speak to someone in the office. Once inside the people that are still there from Soft Heart, are amazing and great with my kids. However, the overall experience is now awful.
