My first visit with Dr. Jocelyn and her perfect MA lol very friendly I would love to be a patient. The staff are all so friendly! And very concerned for my health and that means a lot!

I truly wish I could leave less than a one star review. I came in simply to rule out strep throat (as my throat is on absolute fire). The nurse tells me results will come out in 5-10 minutes, but I was sitting in that office for an hour. In the TWO minutes I spend with the purported doctor (Shih), he tells me "You don't have cancer. You're not going to die tomorrow. Whatever you have, I don't want it. Take some advil or tylenol." He was very dismissive and treating me as though I was being overdramatic. My primary purpose in visiting was SIMPLY to rule out strep throat. I never thought I was going to die. I spent an hour of my time and also paid for the most unprofessional and offensive medical care I have ever received. Please find a different facility to visit if you need medical care. This place should honestly be shut down. I will be filing an insurance complaint against this place.

My fiancé just had the absolute worst experience at this clinic. They had her wait for an hour to finally be seen my Dr. Shih. All for him to tell her that she doesn’t have cancer and isn’t dying? And to tell hers she has a cold and to take some Advil. When she came in to test for strep throat. Not even a correct diagnoses was made, nor any solution given but to take some Advil? What kind of doctor are you? Horrible practice. Horrible doctor. Everything is outdated including the medical equipment. Do not ever come to this practice. They are incompetent and don’t care about their patients.

Dr. Shih is a great doctor with a great sense of humor. He is always friendly and caring. I've been using him for a least 20 years, I can't imagine using any other doctor.
