Extremely unprofessional and rude. Dr. K should have his license revoked. You'll only receive care when things look good, but if you have a medical emergency after your visit with them, good luck to you. They only care about selling, not the people. This place is dangerous and needs to be shut down to prevent people going through what I unfortunately had to go through. Can I have a 0 stars option?

The experience at Vitality has really gone downhill in the last year. Comparing my chin to looking like an orange peel is not providing an consult, especially when I asked nothing regarding my chin nor asked for any input regarding additional services on my face. I also have a signed consent form not to use my images and was pressured today to do so - Reassured that it didn’t show my face when the final product does. Severely dissatisfied in the lack of professionalism shown today at the Suwanee location.

Vitality should do some work on the front end with their current customer service staff. Shana was not pleasant to speak with nor was she seemingly attempting to be helpful. My husband and I will take our business elsewhere. It's a shame, that customers like us may be turned off before walking through the doors of your establishment.

After a year of trying to convince my acne-prone 17-year-old to check out Vitality Med Spa, I finally convinced him to get a hydra facial. Dede did a great job explaining the process and making him feel comfortable. She even sent him home with a new skin care regimen. After one visit, he is sold on Vitality and Dede. He has already asked me to book his next appointment.
