I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE CARE I RECIEVED FROM THE STAFF DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG. WAS TREATED PROFESSIONALLY AND RESPECTFULL. I KNOW IT TAKES TIME FOR DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS TO DO ALL THE TESTS THAT THE PHYSICIAN REGUEST BECAUSE I HAVE AN HEALTHCARE BACK GROUND . THANKS SREVEN OPTIM .

My Father was admitted September 102021. And the Staff there was AWFUL And for 3 Days I had to Reach out too them. To get an update on my Father. Just Shameful ‼️‼️‼️‼️

The Emergency room staff were great to me. Im glad that yall were there and the greatest people ever that took care of me.Yall are just another group in the Optim family that show excellence and caring.God bless yall always to always show your love with caring hearts that yall already possess. MY NANA WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL She was smelly and her eyes were so filled with crust they turned pink 😡 Her hair was messy and lips were so dry Do NOT go here PERIOD

I have had surgery twice and my husband has had surgery there once in the last 4 years. We chose Optim because of location and the fact that there has been no staph or MRSA at this facility. We received excellent care from beginning to end. We have also used the emergency room with grandchildren and are totally satisfied also. Driving home from Savannah or Augusta after a surgery is a nightmare. We made the right choice.

My daughter was taken to this hospital today July 30th. She was taken to be checked out as the victim of assault and being held against her will for the past several months. Law enforcement was contacted prior to this visit. Danny Adams the PA who saw her began lecturing her about taking care of herself and that it sounded like a police matter and there wasnt much they could do for her. They did a urine check because there was blood present in her urine. The nurse said she had a bladder infection and sent her on her way.She came to this hospital hoping to be checked out physically she was traumatized a second time by your callousness towards her and you did not take the time to HEAR her. Im thinking you need to check your bedside manner or lack thereof and maybe even find a different profession if you are not happy. The people that come there are NOT just blocks of wood with no feelings and you are certainly no God or better than anybody else. I wish you luck in whatever you choose to do because with your poor attitude you are going to need it.
