I'm very picky and dislike going to see the doctor but.....I can say:Great doctor. Very professional. Extremely knowledgeable.In 48 years of seeing doctors, this is the only doctor who completely gained my trust and respect. Floyd medical has a true gem.

Prior to Dr. Stepp taking over the care of patients at Floyd Primary Care, I had seen her predecessor, Dr Brad Ward, for the better part of 2 decades. I was apprehensive to go under a new physician. That apprehension quickly disappeared as soon I met Dr Stepp. She is very knowledgeable, has an excellent bed side manner and is very effective at facilitating a trust-based rapport with her patients. She actively seeks input from the patient and you leave feeling confident in the treatment received
