He will take the time to figure out what you really need I have not seen this good in 5 years !!

I had an endoscope on a Wednesday morning. My throat had been damaged during the procedure so I called this office and asked what should I do about the injury. I spoke to two of the office staff one being a nurse and explained the problem. I was assured she would contact the doctor and he would be in contact with me. As of Friday no one has called. I called the office three times today before 2 PM and no one would answer. I called after 2 PM and the office is closed for the weekend. So much for caring about the patient.

I have many co-morbidities, and was able to give a brief run-down. Dr Busbee gave me his full attention, listened, and came up with a game-plan other doctors have not tried. He was very professional, insightful, and truly seemed to care about my well-being. The med student with him also asked great questions. I am glad I made the appointment to get local care with Dr Busbee.

Has to be the most friendly ppl I have ever known trust me if more ppl were like the staff and doctors this would be a better world

I had a shoulder cortisone shot 3 days ago (by another doc referred to by Dr Busby and who, btw, gives an almost painless joint shot) and by the afternoon I was having problems. Called the ortho docs office to ask questions and was told to call primary provider so I did. I asked to speak to NP to find out what I could. Nobody to talk to but they would have someone call me back. Ok. No one ever called. Later that night my DOG saved me by alerting on me that something was more wrong than I thought. Went straight to er bc my Texas Heeler as much as told me to. My BP was 225/101. ER got BP down and I went home at 320am. Next day I drove to this office to get JUST a quick BP read (which would have taken, what, 3 minutes?). Signed in, told receptionist what I needed and she said ok, have a seat which I did. About 5 min later I was told they didn't have a "slot" open and couldn't take my BP. So I walked out, went to another doc and I will NEVER go back to this office again nor will I ever take a cortisone shot although it has helped my shoulder immensely the side effects are not worth the risk.. This office just doesn't care.. THAT'S their bottom line. Except for NP Lisa R and she's very knowledgeable and seems to care.

Both Dr Busbee & Dr Bell are great. NPs Lisa Rankin & Lisa Jenkins are top notch. Nurses & Office Staff are the best bar none. 5+ Star Review!

I went for my physical in September and to get medicine refills because I would be traveling for several months six days a week. When my 90 day meds were about to run out, the pharmacy called the office several times and today I called. I was told I would have to come in for an office visit to get blood pressure meds refills. This is not an option for me. Now I am out of meds especially when I had explained to Dr Busbee that I would be traveling. Will be searching for new doctor. Also they no longer let you know what the bloodwork results are which includes my PSA and A1C. Can not confirm these were even done since I see no results.

Everyone at the office is amazing. Very helpful and caring.
