The staff was incredibly friendly. When examining my daughter Dr. Szwarc was very knowledgeable and was quick to show me the exact cause of her issue. His bedside manner was very calming to my child as he went over and beyond to ease her anxiety talking her through each step. I would highly recommend his office.

We love this office! The nurses are fantastic and the doctor listens. He’s more cautious than most, but he obviously cares and employs a great staff!

Saw Dr. Szwarc after seeing 2 other ENTs who said I needed surgery on my ear AGAIN. Turned out he was able to clean my ear and remove the "mass" the CT scan was picking up. It turned out to just be a bunch of dead skin cells that collected over time. I'm very grateful that I was spared and unnecessary and brutal surgery for the third time. I found him very knowledgeable and compassionate.

The staff at this office is great. Super nice ladies working there. The doctor however is another situation. Will not take time to look at your situation closely and listen. I was having trouble swallowing and the side of my nose he cauterized was continually stopped up for months with sinus issues. He put me on mucinex and told me nothing was wrong with me and I didn’t need antibiotics. I don’t care who you are , if you feel like you can’t swallow it’s troublesome. He’s not very empathetic. I went to another ENT and they actually took the time to listen to me and examine me throughly. I have a severe case of sinusitis made worse by my deviated nasal septum. They put me on 21 days of Antibiotics ( Doxycycline) and also prescribed famotidine Thankful for my new ENT doctor.
