The service is pretty good and the wait time wasn't long. Dr. Pender is very thorough about breaking things down and explaining how a certain surgery works, the good and the bad. I really appreciate her honesty.

From the moment I saw Dr. Pender for my pre-op to then in the surgical unit, she and her staff were so professional and put my mind at ease about the procedure I was having done. She & her staff went out of their way to ease any nervousness I might have had. After surgery I had a question, called the office, Kelly (nurse) got right on the phone (didn't have to wait for her to call back hours later) and addressed my concern. Dr. Pender & Kelly were so personal and beyond what I expected from a doctor & a nurse, that if I have to have any further procedures done, I will definitely make a return visit. I have already recommended her to a friend and will continue to recommend her as her physician because her standards are high and personal attention is off the chart.
