Everyone in the office was so nice and Dr. Boltja spent a lot of time listening to my problem and explaining my plan of treatment. My entire visit was very pleasant and I highly recommend her and will continue to go back to see her.

I saw Dr. Boltja recently for facial pain. She ordered tests and a CT scan immediately. She listened to my concerns and took ample time with me in the office to figure out where the pain was coming from. I quickly received a diagnosis and am on the road to recovery. I suffered from this pain for months before making the appointment and I am glad I did. I commend the care she provided, her professionalism and her bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Boltja!

I was referred to a pain management center earlier in the year. Dr Boltja was the physician I was to see on my first visit. I originally was to see Dr Showkat but he was not there on my first day. I consider this a godsend for me. Dr Boltja came in and spoke with me and my husband. She started a plan for me. I am so thankful for all that she has done and for the encouragement I felt from her. I am 90% better than I was. The office staff have always been very nice and caring to me and to others that I have seen there. I’m most thankful to God because he led the way. If you or anyone you know need a pain management center, I recommend this center and Dr Boltja.

Saw Dr. Boltja as an outpt. She has moved to Southern Interventional Pain Management in Thomasville. Not only did she insist my long term chronic pain issue would never get better, she twisted my words to fit her narrative and even went further by making statements like “ there is no medicine for swelling and there is no medicine for numbness caused by swelling....you could try acupuncture (by the way she’s certified in acupuncture but I would have to pay out of pocket)” she didn’t know what certain medications were for, continually argued with me about whether the cause of my pain would ever get better or could be fix by the neurosurgeon also treating me. When I mentioned an anti inflammatory (also suggested by my neurosurgeon) would take down swelling around a nerve that could be causing the pain they were treating, she again insisted there was no medicine for swelling. After I would tell her again and again about a specific area of pain she would turn to her computer to write it down but would state the exact opposite of what I said . For example I would say I have this pain in my low back after standing for a few hours and numbness up to the bottom of my ribs. And she would say as she’s typing “so minimal discomfort low back no associated nerve pain “...???! And I said wait a minute I told you I have pain in my low back and it’s causing numbness up to my ribs??? And she would say “well but that’s muscular pain not nerve pain and just take Tylenol and remember I told you before there is no medication for “numbness “!!! Like seriously! She actually said this to me! Run don’t walk from this doctor.

Dr. Boltja lacks a personality and a bedside manner. I am not a hard person to talk to yet she is rude and appears to be all about the money. She came by as I was waiting to check out and yelled at me in front of other patients (which is strictly against HIPAA guidelines) telling me I had something in my head that should not be there (micro adenoma on the pituitary gland which has gotten smaller each year). Very unprofessional Dr. Boltja! Her staff was courteous to me but I saw one of the office personnel bullying an older female patient about coming back for a follow-up appointment and told her if she did not, they would never see her again. I knew upon leaving that I would NEVER return! I would not recommend Dr. Boltja or this practice to anyone.

Very caring and knowledgable physician. Visited my wife in hospital and showed great concern for her care & treatment. She found my wife dehydrated and lacking care the she should have been receiving during her inpatient admission. She ordered prompt, corrective measures to be taken.

I thought doctor was very rude, and did not seem to care about any problems I had. I will not go back to her.

I would not recommend Dr. Boltja to anyone. This was my first visit to her and felt that she was very cold towards me. Her beside manner could use an adjustment. I felt as if I was just another number on her list of things to do that day.
