Friendly and caring staff

I have used Dr. Jackson for 23 years since he came to Thomasville. He has an awesome staff and is very attentive. I have used him at times instead of using my primary doctor because he cares and he also delivered my youngest child who is 22 years old. His nurse Janet has always been excellent with me as well as the rest of the team. I give them a 5 stars for sure. Best in Thomasville.

Great help with my entire pregnancy and great delivery

After taking blood work, we could not get the staff to do their job and forward the results to the Shaw center. Instead they told us we’re not patients anymore since they already sent it to the Shaw center. However Shaw had not received the results so after a few calls trying to get this worked out we were told to stop harassing the office staff. How about you do your damn job and we won’t have to keep calling. Poorly managed and lazy office staff to say the least. Do yourself a favor and just start with the Shaw center

Definitely love this doctor and his staff. I really want to go back for a check up on something but I don’t reside in Georgia right now. ☹️

I agree with Linda. DO NOT come here unless you want to be talked about, laughed about and judge about. The nurse Janet I believe is very rude and constantly rolling her eyes! Please replace her!!! I love Dr. Jackson but his staff is a joke. The receptionist that checks you out blonde girl is constantly rude. Constantly talking about patients and just being snappy. I went there for my ultrasound and the tech was being loud and obnoxious talking on her personal cell in the front office very unprofessional. Everyone else is great. But, DR.J if you’re reading this please replace those rotten apples before your good apples disappear/spoil.

I really like Dr. Jackson . He is very patient and understanding and will explain anything you ask. I also have never had to ever wait a long time.

I love Dr. Jackson! My mom use to see him, and I started seeing him once I turned 18. I had a baby in 2019 and his office was great. However!, they need a new nurse. I love Mitchell/michelle(sorry if I’m not spelling it right) she’s a shorter lady with brunette hair usually has a blue hair protector on. She’s AWESOME and sweet as can be. The other nurse is a different story. She’s barely talks to you& when she does it’s usually an attitude and a look that says attitude. You can’t ask her a simple question without her getting bothered by being asked a question. She gave me a shot and made my arm purple from how rough she was. I had a miscarriage last year and everyone showed their condolences except for her she just treated me as another face and told me to sit there while she took blood. Very cold and angry woman. That visit sadly put a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning sadly.

Dr. Jackson is a wonderful doctor. He is attentive, a good listener, and is concerned with the overall well being of his patients. The office staff is top-notch, too. I can't recommend this entire practice highly enough.
