Dr McMillan has provided excellent treatment to my disabled daughter for over 30 years. The things that make Dr. Millian so very special are that he is a very caring doctor. Also, he always makes time to respond to any concerns that a patient's family might have. As a parent it's wonderful to know I can phone the office and have a conversation at length with the doctor. I have never felt rushed during a call. Therefore, I truly appreciate Dr. McMillan and his staff's kindness.

They really don't treat their patients well. I had an appointment at 11:30 and they made me wait in their lobby in pain until 1:15. I told them I didn't want to come today because I was in so much pain but they said it was better if I did. You would think they would have compassion for chronically ill autoimmune disease patients but they don't.

I was diagnosed with arthritis when I was 12 years old. I've been to a lot of rheumatologists through the years, but Dr. McMillan has been my rheumatologist the past 10+ years. He is very knowledgeable including about conditions besides arthritis, he spends the right amount of time understanding his patients' concerns and explaining different treatment options, and he doesn't hesitate to admit when medical issues are outside of his area of expertise, encouraging patients to go to specialists. My opinion of him and his staff through the years has only gotten better. I developed some complex medical symptoms, and if it weren't for his persistence, diligence, humility, and compassion, I may have never found the answers I finally got. I have been to some of the best medical facilities in the world, but there is no doctor I trust more than Dr. Victor McMillan at the Mcintosh Clinic.

Dr. Mcmillan is the best rheumatologist in the Tallahassee, Fl. area. He is so knowledgeable, but he is still warm and caring. A great combination which makes a wonderful doctor. His staff are split... some great, some forget.

Every time I see Dr. McMillan I am impressed with both the time he takes and his attentive listening/reflective skills. I've seen a number of rheumatologists over the years and he is, by far, the best one I've ever had. I hope he keeps practicing for a long, long time!

I just had my first visit with Dr McMillan and was very impressed with his over all knowledge, ability to communicate to a patient in a meaningful way and the professional demeanor of all of his staff. I was put on a waiting list as my appointment was scheduled over a month out and they got me in much sooner. It is a pleasure to drive form Tallahassee to Thomasville to receive such professional care!
