Listens to me and exam was thorough. Has helped me with my symptoms

Every time I have visited him, he is professional, attentive, and very thorough in his examination. He listens to you, and answers your questions. He is serious and direct, and has helped me more than any rheumatologist I have ever seen. McIntosh Clinic is lucky to have him.

No personality. I just felt like he really did not care one way or other. Disappointed because I traveled 2 hours to see him.

My experience with Dr. Goodman was horrible. He was very rude and rushed through my every visit. When I had a bad reaction to what I thought was from a shot he gave me, I called him to discuss but he blew me off and told me he had nothing to do with it.

This doctor has a terrible ‘bed side manner’ because he is rude, insulting, and condescending. He showed zero empathy and sensitivity for my wife’s situation and spoke down to us the entire time. He was smiling and joking for most of the visit while my wife was suffering. I would not take my chihuahua to this man. I am imploring my wife to find a more respectful doctor.

He did ask questions and assess a little ~ However he ask you questions then before you can finish answering the question he ask he is already talking over you vs listening. I have NEVER felt ANY resolution after leaving his office and have felt just as lost when I left there as I was when I went in. His compassion level & empathy is definitely lacking ~ although I continued to try & explain my situation to him he did not care whatsoever and showed no interest in even attempting to help us resolve our issues/challenges. The service(s) was/were absolutely below reasonable standards of care. I will NEVER go back to Leslie Goodman again or this office unless it is life or death and even then it's almost debatable.

Dr was kind the first visit, but after that dismissed anything I had to say and kept trying to talk me into $200 shots that my insurance didn't cover.

Don't waste your time with this Dr I Had 2 blood test at different locations and his nurse said they did not receive them. I called both places and they sent them to him twice you never get an answer when you call always answering machine. The nurse when I told her got so mad and said she answers the phone and helps him they are over worked she slammed the door so hard it rattled the wall, then he came in and said to make another appointment as he had 3 new patients to see. I called 2 times and they said they had not received them when I got my medical records from him they were in my records. I have not heard from them to this day. I think he is only interested in money

Great experience! Very understanding and thorough. His office staff ladies are amazing. Very loving and kind!
